Quickest way to use it each day
1) Confirm your schedule β 2) Click Start Shift when you log in β 3) Click Prep when you begin Prep β 4) Use the Quick Track buttons whenever you enter another AUX β 4) Click the same button again when you return β 5) Click End Shift when you are done.
1Set up your schedule
Choose 8 Hour, 10 Hour, or Custom. Enter your shift start time and choose a 30, 45, or 60 minute lunch.
- 8/10 Hour automatically calculates the shift end.
- Auto Build creates Prep, Break, Lunch, and Break times.
- Use Edit Schedule to change any scheduled activity.
- Save Default keeps your normal schedule for future days.
2Start your shift
Click Start Shift when you actually log in. This records the login time automatically.
- If you forgot, enter the correct time in Actual login.
- Logging in after your scheduled start immediately counts as missed adherence time.
- Use End Shift or correct the Actual logout time at the end of the day.
3Use Quick Track
Click an AUX button when you start that activity. The button displays a live timer and progress bar.
- Click the same button again to stop it.
- Starting a different AUX automatically ends the previous one.
- Prep, Break, Follow-up, Lunch, System, Coaching, Meeting/NPS, and Personal can all be tracked.
4Correct mistakes
If you clicked late, forgot to stop a timer, or missed an AUX completely, you can correct it.
- Click Edit beside an activity to change the start/end time.
- Use + Add Missed Activity to manually add something you forgot.
- Use Delete if an entry was created by mistake.
5System issues
Start and stop System just like any other AUX. When it ends, it appears under Today's Activity.
- Click Copy beside the System entry.
- The copied text includes date, start time, end time, duration, and your detected time zone.
- Paste that information to your supervisor for the system segment.
6Vacation & schedule changes
Click + Vacation to add vacation time to the day, then edit the exact start/end time if needed.
- Vacation is removed from the scored adherence time.
- Lunch is also excluded from the scored-day denominator.
- A 4-hour vacation segment on an 8-hour scored day leaves about 4 scored hours.
7Break allowance
The Break Time box starts at 30 minutes by default. Each completed or active Break timer subtracts from it.
- Change the allowed minutes if your day is different.
- The box shows how much break time is left or how far over you are.
- Lunch does not subtract from the Break Time box.
8History & saving
The tracker saves locally in the browser and keeps your recent daily adherence history.
- Clearing browser/site data can erase the saved history.
- Use Export Backup if you want a copy of the saved data.
- The detected time zone appears at the top of the tracker.
What the adherence numbers mean
Projected TodayYour estimated end-of-day adherence if you stay in adherence for the rest of the scored day.
MissedTotal scored time already lost because Actual did not match the schedule.
Goal BudgetThe maximum missed time allowed while still meeting the daily goal.
Budget Left / CushionHow much more missed time you can use before dropping below your goal.
Example: An 8-hour scored day is 480 minutes. At a 90% goal, you can miss 48 minutes and still finish at 90%. If you spend 5 unscheduled minutes in Follow-up, the tracker shows 5 minutes used and about 43 minutes of cushion left.
