Quickest way to use it each day
1) Confirm your schedule → 2) Click Enable Alerts once → 3) Click Start Shift when you log in → 4) Use Quick Track whenever you enter AUX → 5) Click the active button again when you return → 6) Click End Shift when done.
1Enable schedule and timer alerts
Click Enable Alerts in the top-right and allow Chrome notifications. After the shift starts, the app warns you 15 minutes before every scheduled segment. If you press Start on a segment, it also gives one warning during that timer’s final minute. No overtime alerts are sent. Keep the tracker open in a tab.
2Set up your schedule
Choose 8 Hour, 10 Hour, or Custom. Enter your shift start time and choose a 30, 45, or 60 minute lunch.
- 8/10 Hour automatically calculates the shift end.
- Auto Build creates Prep, Break, Lunch, and Break times.
- Use Edit Schedule to change any scheduled activity.
- Schedule changes save locally. Click Save Schedule to confirm today’s schedule and use it as the normal schedule for future days.
- Reset Today clears only today’s tracked activity and login/logout; it keeps and reloads the saved schedule.
3Start your shift
Click Start Shift when you actually log in. This records the login time automatically.
- If you forgot, enter the correct time in Actual login.
- Late login counts only when it overlaps scheduled productive time. A scheduled Prep or other approved off-phone window is excluded.
- Use End Shift or correct the Actual logout time at the end of the day.
4Follow Today’s Activity
Your saved schedule is already listed under Today’s Activity, with planned times and a countdown to the next segment.
- Click Start on the scheduled row when the segment actually begins, then Stop when it ends.
- Use Quick Track for unscheduled Personal, Follow-up, System, or other AUX time. It is added automatically as a separate actual activity.
- Starting a different AUX automatically ends the previous one.
- Prep, Break, Follow-up, Lunch, System, Coaching, Meeting/NPS, and Personal can all be tracked. Manually tracked Follow-up is treated as off-call and nonproductive.
5Correct mistakes
If you clicked late, forgot to stop a timer, or missed an AUX completely, you can correct it.
- Click Edit on any scheduled row to enter or correct its actual start/end time.
- Use + Add Missed Activity to manually add something you forgot.
- Use Delete if an entry was created by mistake.
6System issues
Start and stop System just like any other AUX. When it ends, it appears under Today's Activity.
- Click Copy beside the System entry.
- The copied text includes date, start time, end time, duration, and a plain-language time zone such as Pacific Standard Time, Central Standard Time, or Eastern Standard Time.
- System time initially counts when it overlaps scheduled productive time.
- After sending the details to your supervisor, check Sent to supervisor. The entry stays in the timeline, but its System time is removed from this tracker’s live adherence loss.
- If the box is unchecked again, the System time returns to the calculation.
7Approved schedule changes
Click + Vacation to add vacation time to the day, then edit the exact start/end time if needed.
- Vacation is removed from scored time only when it is entered as a scheduled segment.
- Prep, Break, Lunch, Coaching, Meeting/NPS, Training, and scheduled System windows are also excluded.
- A 4-hour approved vacation segment removes those four hours from the productive windows that would otherwise be scored.
8How break time is scored
The Break Tracking box compares actual break time with the scheduled break windows. It is not an extra-break allowance.
- Break time inside a scheduled off-phone window does not affect Schedule Adherence.
- Only the part of a break that overlaps scheduled productive time is deducted.
- Going early and returning late can both count when those minutes fall in phone time.
9Edit history and official results
Recent Days saves each day separately. Enter the official percentage when it differs from the tracker, or expand a day to review and edit its schedule.
- Leave the official percentage blank to use the calculated result.
- The goal is fixed at 92%; only the official adherence result can be changed.
- Hover over a date or percentage for a short explanation, or expand the day to see minutes lost by category.
- The fiscal month automatically groups dates from the 22nd through the 21st.
- Clearing browser/site data can erase the saved history.
- Use Export Backup if you want a copy of the saved data.
- The detected time zone appears at the top of the tracker.
10Use the 92% recovery plan
Recovery uses completed scored days only. Scheduled days left is counted through the 21st using the Working/Off pattern saved in Plan Next 7 Days. If no weekly pattern is saved yet, the card asks you to plan the next seven days. It shows the average needed plus fixed 95%, 97%, and 100% recovery examples—there is no recovery percentage to enter.
11Plan one week ahead
Click Plan Next 7 Days, mark each date Working or Off, adjust the shift and lunch, then save. The tracker creates a separate saved schedule for every date so later edits do not change the other days.
What the adherence numbers mean
Live Schedule AdherenceFull-day scheduled productive seconds minus nonproductive seconds used so far, divided by the full-day scheduled productive seconds.
NonadherentNonproductive AUX or logged-out time that overlapped scheduled productive windows.
Goal BudgetThe mathematical 8% margin between 100% and the fixed 92% goal. It is not extra break time.
Margin LeftThe goal budget minus nonadherent time accumulated so far. Productive work does not refill it.
Example: An 8-hour shift with 60 minutes of lunch, two 15-minute breaks, and 10 minutes of Prep has 380 scheduled productive minutes. At a 92% goal, the mathematical margin is 30 minutes 24 seconds. Five nonadherent minutes leaves 25 minutes 24 seconds of margin.
